Getting Here: San Diego Airport to Our Clinic, and Back

Getting here is simple. Fly into San Diego. We meet you at the airport and drive you to our clinic in Rosarito. When your stay is done, we drive you back to the airport.

$15,000 for a 10-day stay. This includes your ride from San Diego airport and back, prep calls before you arrive, and 90 days of weekly aftercare calls. Extra days are $1,200 each. See what the price covers.

Before you fly

We do your health screening before you travel. You get a lab order to use at a lab near your home, and our medical team reviews the results. You'll know you're cleared before you book a flight. Your $3,000 deposit is refunded if our medical team doesn't clear you. Read more about safety screening.

We also set up prep calls before you arrive. That's where we plan your flight times, go over your medicines and answer your questions.

What to bring

Going home: crossing back into the U.S.

At the end of your stay, we drive you back across the border to the airport. Here's what helps.

Bring your passport. U.S. citizens need a passport book or passport card to come back by land.

A passport card can save time. The border has "Ready Lanes" for cards with a chip, such as the U.S. passport card, SENTRI, Global Entry and NEXUS cards. Everyone in the car aged 16 or older needs one. The regular passport book doesn't work in Ready Lanes.

SENTRI lanes are only for cars where every person is a SENTRI member. Lanes at San Ysidro sometimes change, so our driver picks the right one on the day.
