What we collect
If you apply or email us: name, contact info, and the health/recovery details you choose to share. The site may log standard server/technical data (IP, user agent) via hosting.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, run screening conversations, coordinate admissions, and operate the program. We do not sell your application data.
Form delivery
Applications may be transmitted via email and a form delivery provider (FormSubmit) to reach our intake inbox. Do not put full insurance IDs, SSNs, or unnecessary medical record dumps in the web form.
Browser storage
The apply page may store a local backup of your submission in your browser (localStorage) so you can recover text if email fails. You can clear site data in your browser settings.
Marketing & ads
We do not run Google direct-response ads for this service under current policy constraints. We avoid dumping sensitive health/admissions data into ad pixels.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as needed for admissions and legitimate business/legal purposes, then reduce or delete when no longer needed.
